Returns & Exchanges
- Products in their original, unopened, and untampered condition may be returned or exchanged within 7 days from the date of delivery.
- This policy does not apply to products purchased on special promotions, discounted offers, or refrigerated items.
- Opened or used products cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Proof of purchase or original receipt is required for all returns and exchanges.
- If returning a product via courier, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping charges.
Return & Exchange Process
- Inform us within 7 days of receiving your order by emailing
- Please mention your order number in the subject line.
- Securely pack and ship the product to our return address provided by our support team.
- Please include a copy of the invoice or order confirmation inside the parcel.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), your return or exchange request will be processed within 3 working days.
Refund Process
- Refunds will be transferred to your nominated bank account once the returned item has been received and approved.
- Customers will be asked to provide their payment details through email for refund processing.
